I work with purpose-driven brands to find their voice, sharpen their story, and show up with the kind of consistency that actually builds something real. My approach is grounded in strategy, but driven by taste, context, and an understanding of how people actually engage with content.

I’m currently the Fractional Head of Marketing at InterRoom, while freelancing across brand and editorial work, including leading marketing and content initiatives for The Feels. I also report on climate and culture for The Cool Down. I’ve shaped content and campaigns for major retailers including Macy’s and FARM Rio, and have partnered with high-growth startups and small businesses like The Branch Media, Verifyt, GoodHuman, Retrieve Technologies, Jenny Jo Art, and SLVR MAPLE.

My background in journalism (shoutout to the Newhouse School at Syracuse) keeps me curious and honest. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and editorial thinking. I care about getting the message right, but I care just as much about the feeling it leaves behind. The brands I'm drawn to are the ones building toward something more intentional, whether that's in sustainability, wellness, community, or culture. I also have a soft spot for ecommerce and retail brands with a real story to tell.

I’m Alexis, or Lex—a journalist by training, a marketer by trade, and a creative at heart.
