The Feels is a company reimagining modern dating and connection. Through IRL dating events, matchmaking, retreats, and online education, The Feels equips people with practical tools for better relating grounded in positive psychology, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and nonviolent communication.
My Role:
As the Comms & Digital Growth Manager for The Feels, I lead digital strategy, brand voice, and growth initiatives across social, email, paid media, and partnerships. I own the brand’s digital presence end-to-end, shaping messaging, directing creative, driving community engagement, and optimizing performance across channels. I work closely with the founder to evolve The Feels’ positioning from an event-led brand into a broader relationship wellness company, expanding awareness, increasing conversion across offerings, and strengthening thought leadership in the modern dating space.
